For over a decade, the Foundation has been supporting and promoting talented students.

Company Christmas Eve parties were held in each of the Alumetal Group's plants, and the employees of Nowa Sól were the first to express their Christmas wishes on 6th December.

As every year, the Alumetal Group organized an art competition for the children of its employees. The main theme of this year's competition was emotions, and the competition task was to prepare a graphic comic book presenting a short story on the topic: "How do emotions affect our safety?"

On September 11, 2023, an official meeting of managers and employees was held in all plants of the Alumetal Group, inaugurating "Day 2" under the new ownership structures.
