The Annual General Meeting ALUMETAL S.A. will be held on 23 May 2018 by 10:00 AM at the Westin Warsaw Hotel, Al. John Paul II 21, Warsaw, meeting room Copernicus Ballroom I.

In reference to principle No. I.Z.1.16 of the Good Practices of WSE Listed Companies 2016, adopted by Resolution No. 26/1413/2015 of the Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, S.A. Of 13 October 2015 the Management Board of ALUMETAL S.A. hereby informs that the proceedings of the Annual General Meeting shall not be broadcast.
